About the Role
Vance & Cole is the fastest-growing institutional talent provider to US mid-market CPA firms. We are looking for a consultative, relationship-driven Account Executive who thrives on building long-term client partnerships. You will not be cold-calling into the void. You will receive a steady flow of warm and pre-qualified leads from our established outreach pipeline, giving you a real head start on every conversation. Your job is to nurture those leads, understand each firm's capacity challenges, and close staffing engagements that deliver measurable ROI. This is a role that rewards loyalty and consistency. Commission rates increase as you grow with the company, and the longer you build your client relationships, the more opportunities open up for recurring revenue through partnership deals and multi-seat expansions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage warm and pre-qualified leads through consultative calls, demos, and follow-up sequences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Managing Partners and COOs at US CPA firms.
- Present tailored staffing solutions that demonstrate 40-60% cost savings vs. domestic hiring alternatives.
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot CRM with disciplined stage progression and timely follow-ups.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts as client trust grows.
- Pursue and close partnership deals with CPA firms for recurring revenue engagements.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth candidate placement and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in staffing, BPO, or professional services.
- Strong relationship-building skills. You know how to earn trust and turn a first call into a long-term partnership.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). You will speak with US firm partners daily.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and organized pipeline management.
- Results-driven mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Available for US shift hours from our Cebu IT Park facility.
