Payroll Administrator (US Multi-State)

About the Role

Vance & Cole provides dedicated institutional talent to US Mid-Market CPA firms. We are expanding our secure operations center and are seeking experienced payroll professionals who can process complex multi-state payrolls and handle compliance with absolute precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Process complex US multi-state payrolls accurately and on-time.
• Handle payroll tax compliance, state registrations, and filings.
• Process, review, and issue W-2s and 1099s for various entities.
• Collaborate directly with US-based HR and Controllers to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience processing US payrolls (Gusto, ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms).
• Understanding of US multi-state payroll tax laws and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters securely.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site from our biometrically secured clean-room facility in Cebu or Manila during US shifts.
