Senior US GAAP Accountant

About the Role

Vance & Cole provides dedicated institutional talent to US Mid-Market CPA firms. We are expanding our secure operations center and are seeking top-tier PH accountants who can execute US GAAP standards with absolute precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and period-end close processes for US entities via QBO/Xero/NetSuite.
• Reconcile complex institutional accounts across multiple jurisdictions and resolve ledger discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements strictly adhering to US GAAP frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with US-based Partners and Controllers via secure communication channels.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience preparing financials under US GAAP.
• Active CPA license (Philippines) highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in US tax preparation and bookkeeping software.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site from our biometrically secured clean-room facility in Cebu or Manila.
